Villas Bellavista afforded a safe, secure, perfect setting for a week of comfort and peace away from the hectic pace of modern urban life. The owner of the property, Sr. Chapman, proved a wonderful host, fine advisor and--most importantly--friend. The accomodations were beautiful, clean, well-appointed, and quiet. The pool and wireless internet service were welcome, fine amenities. Importantly, the staff was helpful and considerate. Within walking distance, one finds ample shopping, dining, and easy transportation to all major museums and points-of-interest. Of note, the property owner arranged an economical, English-language, guided tour of Xochicalco and Taxco. I cannot recommend a vacation rental more favorably.

Our reservation process for our accomodation was straightforward from the website description down to the reservation, payment, and someone meeting us on arrival. Cristina promptly answered every question prior to arrival. Afterwards, Bob was available within 5-10 minutes....for whatever. Our privacy, security, and comfort was everything we expected or wanted. The Universidad International for Spanish language training and decent restaurants were walking distance for us, and that we especially enjoyed.
Will be back.

I recently had the opportunity to spend two months at Villas Bellavista. I truly enjoyed the charming villas which are beautifully maintained in a serene, garden-like setting. My stay was worry free and the personnel were very pleasant and attentive. I highly recommend Villas Bellavista to anyone who is looking for a clean, secure and tranquil place to spend time while enjoying the world famous climate of Cuernavaca, its historical past and the gracious hospitality of the Mexican people.

We will be recommending Bella Vista to all our friends who might travel to Cuernavaca. In particular we liked living surrounded by beautiful flowering trees and gardens as well as being close to the centre of town. The villa we stayed in was bright, spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Javier and Aurelio, your staff, were always helpful and friendly. You know that we found your pool just amazing; we will greatly miss our afternoon swims.

We loved staying at Villas Bellavista during a work trip to work at the Instituto Nacional de Salud Publica. It was a wonderful place to get work done and rest a little. We highly recommend staying with Bob and Cristina if you are coming to Cuernavaca for business or pleasure.

Sharon and I are home and back into our respective routines. Our time in Mexico City went very well. We had a marvelous time in Cuernavaca and particularly enjoyed our stay with you. Villas Bellavista was a great find for us. We spent January, 2007 there and our house was much better than we expected: Spacious, airy and private, set in beautifully landscaped gardens. We felt secure and well looked after and were very happy with our stay.

Your villas in Cuernavaca are a very pleasant retreat from the busyness of the town centre. We enjoyed the easy accessibility of Cuernavaca to the many interesting and nearby towns, not to forget the fabulous Mexico City. However, it was always a pleasure to return of an evening to the privacy and peace of our villa after a hard day's sightseeing. We were happy just to spend some days sitting by the poolside under the shade of the lovely old trees chatting with the neighbours. Your villas are a very pleasant alternative to hotels and restaurants.
